1. What Cupid Arrow is

Cupid Arrow is a Discord bot that delivers anonymous crush notes between members of a Discord server and lets them reply anonymously. By adding the bot to a server or using its commands, you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptable use

Cupid Arrow exists for kindness, flirting, and fun. You agree not to use it to:

• Harass, threaten, demean, or repeatedly contact someone who doesn't want contact;
• Send hateful, sexually explicit-without-consent, or otherwise abusive content;
• Evade a block, an opt-out, or a rate limit;
• Break Discord's own Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

Notes are anonymous to other users — they are not anonymous to the service. Sender and recipient are recorded for every thread, and abuse reports can and will be acted on.

3. Moderation and enforcement

We may close threads, remove stored content, or block users or entire servers from the service at our discretion, particularly in response to abuse. Server administrators may remove the bot at any time.

4. Availability

Cupid Arrow is provided free, as-is, with no uptime guarantee. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including the contents of notes sent between users. The person who writes a note is responsible for it.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated; the "last updated" date above will change when they do. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
